So... is Biden paying for it out of his pocket? I dont understand where this money is coming from when we're being destroyed financially. I'm losing all my savings to inflation. Food costs are up 30-40% from two years ago and I doubt they'll ever go back down. Job refuses to give pay raise. So I'm slowly drowning.
