I went to SK:N to have my upper lip done about 4 months ago. Very
disappointed with the result and unsatisfied with the after-sales
service.

I didn't notice any different after the first section and told the practioner when I went in for the 2nd treatment, but I was ignored and given the 2nd section, still it didn't work afterwards. I told them again on the 3rd appointment, and I was lucky enough to see another practioner was conscientious enough to check the setting. After a couple of times of consultation she found out that I should be on a higher setting, and on a higher setting it worked. I only requested to get one more complimentary section instead of two, considering two of the sections I paid were wasted on a lower setting. However the request was declined, so I changed my mind on buying more sections. It is unfair that I paid for sections that didn't work and not be compensated with a fair solution.

I got the E-mail request for feedback afterward and gave a review as what I'm giving on here. And the end of completing review, SK:N said that they would get in touch with me, but it seems it's just a figurative speech as an automatic response. Very disappointed indeed!
