Love your videos! I'm currently planning a trip to Playa del Carmen and this video really helped narrow down my choices to stay. I'm just curious if you know the difference between this hotel (The Fives Downtown Hotel & Residences) and the The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences? Also, I've noticed that this hotel is now offering all-inclusive options. I guess that's new. Last question, do you have any recommendations on where to book any one or half day excursions and activities in Playa, Cozumel and Tulum?

Awesomeness! We’re not diamond members but we are Gold members an also Military so we do get great rates!🙃 So hopefully that score something great. How far of a travel would it be from there to Tulum or Cozumel? Also I’ve noticed The Fives Downtown are relevantly cheaper than Hilton Playa del Carmen lol I decided to book here for a few weeks an grab a 2 bedroom (I’m bringing kids) Thanks for the tip here!!

How was the wifi at this hotel? I know the Fives in Playa del Carmen that I'm looking at booking is a 1 min walk away from Selina coworking where they have fast wifi but wondering if you were able to work online and upload YouTube videos from your room or if it'd be better to just go to Selina?

What fees did you have to pay upon arriving? Was there a resort fee that was per person/per night that you were required to pay? Just trying to find out any hidden fees before arriving with my family of four.
