I was hunting down ambience tracks for a DnD session I'm running today. So far it's been pretty lighthearted - raising hell with the guards, fleecing a village for money, adventuring in the hills with goblins and giants. Standard cliche DnD stuff. They've had one boss fight and it was so outnumbered it never really got any good hits in. I think the party is starting to feel invincible. The next session is going to be a tone shift - plunging into darkness, a slog through a hall of horrors that can definitely kill them. And that story starts with a door. Now I have the soundtrack to go with the thing that will be waiting on the other side.

There's so much power, malevolence and dread packed into this song. It's true villain music.

The Blackmoore Swamps is home to Lizardfolks, Grungs, Kuo-Toas, and the Grippli races. It also home to some Kobold tribes, along with some Were-morphs tribes as well. But Blackmoore is also home to some vile creatures. But none more vile then hags. Every brave folks here shudder at the thought of those horrible, cannibalizing monsters that lure their prey into their home for a "feast".

Word have gotten out that the Hags are planning to summon an old god to take over the swamp. The races of Blackmoore must unite to defeat this threat, once and for all.
