Holding Back - you are worthy of Love

Thank you. Justine & Michael 💚

Life has a way of throwing challenges at us. And sometimes those challenges leave us feeling lost, broken or overwhelmed. Whether it's trauma from the past or just the weight of everything we’re carrying, there are moments when we feel like we should handle it all alone. Society often teaches us that independence equals strength, but the truth is, the hardest battles are not meant to be fought in silence. Many of us struggle with this, believing we have to fix ourselves, hiding the pain behind a brave face. But healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s in those vulnerable moments, when we share our burdens with others, that true transformation begins.

This journey is about self-compassion, realising that you are worthy of help. It's about understanding that leaning on others isn’t a sign of weakness, but of incredible strength. When life gets tough, it's okay to not have all the answers, and it's more than okay to ask for a hand to hold along the way. And in embracing our own story, no matter how difficult the past may have been, we can rewrite our future with resilience, grace, and the unshakable belief that brighter days are always within reach.

I am so sorry for the pain and suffering Elizabeth had to endure, especially as a child. I can tell by her demeanor how sensitive and loving she is and therefore how much harder it had to be for her to have this life experience. She now exudes love and peace and kindness. I felt like I was listening to and spending time with a cherished friend. I wish her all the beauty and goodness this life has to offer as she truly deserves it. Sending love. 💗

She is the epitome of Resilience! Our past does not define who we are in our present!

I had a house with two parents who loved each other. I was loved, but not respected. I am autistic. High, high functioning. I am also dyslexic. So my mother called me her "burden" from God. She and my father said I would never be able to live on my own. They made sure all my siblings knew this. That one of them would have to take care of me. I went to trade school, did quite well. Got a job and moved out and lived on my own. They tried to stop me. Tried to keep me a burden. Now I am trying to do a spiritual awakening. Tying to forgive them and my siblings, and love myself because if they didn't think I was worth much, then I thought I must not be. I hated myself. Now I have forgiven them and love myself. Here is how, I pictured my sister as an infant curled in the fetal position, my mother had hurt her too. And I said I have lived many lives, and I have been like them before. How can I hate them, they are me. A piece dropped into place in my hart. The feeling of love was incredible. It still is. I love you all. Side affect.

What an incredibly beautiful soul.
I loved watching her baking. Just as she created that sweet bread, she’s created a safer, better life for herself.
Another inspirational, supportive, and beautiful video. Thank you!

This video speaks to me so much. We are so conditioned to look for validation outside of ourselves, to base our self worth upon what others think of us and do to us. The thought of finding validation and self worth within ourselves is so foreign. The struggle to love yourself is challenging but not impossible. Thanks for sharing.
