Holding Back - you are worthy of Love
Показать описание
Thank you. Justine & Michael 💚
Life has a way of throwing challenges at us. And sometimes those challenges leave us feeling lost, broken or overwhelmed. Whether it's trauma from the past or just the weight of everything we’re carrying, there are moments when we feel like we should handle it all alone. Society often teaches us that independence equals strength, but the truth is, the hardest battles are not meant to be fought in silence. Many of us struggle with this, believing we have to fix ourselves, hiding the pain behind a brave face. But healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s in those vulnerable moments, when we share our burdens with others, that true transformation begins.
This journey is about self-compassion, realising that you are worthy of help. It's about understanding that leaning on others isn’t a sign of weakness, but of incredible strength. When life gets tough, it's okay to not have all the answers, and it's more than okay to ask for a hand to hold along the way. And in embracing our own story, no matter how difficult the past may have been, we can rewrite our future with resilience, grace, and the unshakable belief that brighter days are always within reach.
Featuring Elizabeth Softky.

Who is Reflections of Life? We are Justine and Michael (previously known as Green Renaissance). We use our passion for filmmaking and our love of storytelling, to remind our audience of one simple truth – that we are all human.
