As a polish person, watching memes about mostly american politics is like watching a disaster movie while high

The "You can either be informed on current events OR have a decent state of mental health, not both" statement hits a little too hard

Mitt Romney is the Tumblr of Republicans. We collectively laughed at him in 2012, then slowly realized how much worse things could get.

5:54 which is why those two things need to be linked. Anytime politicians' salaries are raised, the minimum wage should be raised by the same percentage. If congressmen and Senators need more money than so, does everybody else.

Fun fact, Sen. Ted Cruz got into fights with muppets, TWICE.

As a Brit, we have the same thing about the flag except when Football is on. If its on, then you can have flags. If it ain't, and you have a flag in your garden, I'm judging you to hell and back.

I have one thing to say about Politics: Forcefully eject all of the old people from the government, and replace them all with a bunch of young adults who grew up in lower-middle class families, belong to neither party, and hate billionaires/Corporations more than they like money.

Yeah as an american, every time I see someone waving the country flag alone, my first thought is "oh god, oh no"

I miss when fake news was obviously fake and funny instead of fear mongering.

9:26 Robin gets it. This is why I have to go awhile without watching the news. I refuse to watch cnn for hours on end in a constant state of panic like my mother. I'm panicky enough on my own.

2:38 On Election Day back in 2020, I remember being woken up to the sound of honking horns. I look out the window and see a ton of trucks, all of them covered in Maga stuff, stopped in the middle of the road. They were all honking their horns. How was that supposed to help them with the election? I still have no idea to this day. This image reminded me of that

8:10 it’s sometimes true in Australia. The people who have giant Australian flags outside their houses are either weirdos or racists

Generally speaking, Ukrainians pronounce it "Kee-iv" (Kyiv), Russians pronounce it "Kee-yev" (Kiev). Love your work!

I hate how much this bit is my family, especially my mom, every time I bring up something he's done/been charged for she always denies it saying that trumps be framed or some other bs. smh

>Video on a subreddit called r/PoliticalHumor

>it's all American
>*sigh* of course

I'm not complaining that there is American in this, I'm complaining that there's *only* American in this

Me, a non-american who for some reason expected this to be world wide polical humour even though everything is about america: ...huh. interesting.

1:14 Another thing, with Private Health insurance, you have to waste an hour of time with your doctor negotiating with your insurance agency to find out your benefits and most likely not getting the coverage, so prepare to pay full price. Compared with 45 minutes in a lobby, that doesn't seem that bad.(Yes there are other issues like innovation but the goal of universal health care is to make sure government meddling isn't just as bad as corporate meddling, a difficult balance to strike but important nonetheless.)
