is there a difference between running CMD and having this __name__==__main__ in app.py and running CMD["python3", "app, py"] ? in docker file

Version in "./docker-compose.yml" is unsupported. I have this error when I try to run docker-compose up --build. Is there a way to specify the dockerfile version?
