Lata Hammers is located near the town of Bentong Pahang.
Location is fairly remote with only some Camp Resorts, one hotel and a Buddhist University nearby.
Noted there is no cellular data here so data dependent navigation apps will not work in this vicinity.
Access to the trail will pass through some gravel road catering to camp resorts nearby.
Trails have been visibly maintained perhaps by local resort operators?
Not much visitors on the weekdays as there are no major commercial and residential areas in the vicinity.
Trail is a consistent gradual climb along the Sungai (River) Perting Pandak.
Tiny trail sign along the trail points towards the waterfall approximately after an hour slow hike.
Lata Hammers campsite is spacious, fairly well elevated with a large pool and witha pretty view of the waterfall.
Trail beside elevated campsite also provides access to upper level of the waterfall, path is slightly precarious though.

-Caution-
Flash flood risk prone area. Lower camp can be flooded and access to trail exit may become inaccessible according to locals.
Before jumping into pool, lots of debris and dead tree trunks in water, chekc / look before you leap.
