BEBOP 1&2 : firmware update 3.3.0 Enhanced Video Processing

EVP (Enhanced Video Processing) is a set of features designed to improve the capture quality of the Parrot Bebop Drones.

A global capture improvement :

- H.264 compression optimized for higher video quality
- Exposure improvement
- Noise processing optimization enabling more details

New Video Settings :

- Video recording with less compression (which means better quality): 30Mb/s instead of 20Mb/s currently (ability to prioritize video quality over recording time)
- Scalable number of frames per second : 30FPS, 24FPS, or 25FPS
- Roll stabilization switch (Ideal when banked turn mode is activated)

I'm amazed at how incredible this thing can fly in 113km/h winds. I tried it myself and the drone was able to sustain flight speeds of up to 140km/h however it didn't come back. Will you cover this under false advertising?

Awesome!! I tried today the new Firmware and I´m very happy with it! The Bebop connects to the Skycontroler much faster, video quality is also a big step up in smoothness and exposure, much more fluid! sonar seams to work better! Thank You Parrot!!!

Good update but still not enough good. A drone is to take video or raw photos, so the first think that matters is a very good camera . you have a good drone but without a good camera :( (comparing always with other same products). I was ready to buy it twice but i stoped when i saw the output. So i would be nice a lens or camera hardware update

with out putting the video setting to 60ghz my video footage is very shakey
but when i put it 60ghz the lighting spikes and most of it is white
please help!

Hi parrot can you help every time I fly the bebop 1 since the 3.3.0 update it always loses connection with the sky controller. It has lost connection when it was only about 20meters away and it could be 10m up and it will lose connection I don't have trust in it when it's like this.?

un excelente drone. Solo falla en la cámara que es muy mala la calidad de la misma, hacen un gran producto y lo matan con una cámara tan básica. deberían encontrar la forma en que se vea mejor la imagen. Saludos.

je veux rien dire mais la partie droite de la video (3.2) est beaucoup plus net ....
Je serais surtout curieux de voir un traveling lateral .... (j'ai revndu mon bebop 1... et j'hesite pour le 2 a cause de ce defaut.... DJI me fait de grand sourire ;-) mais c'est plus encombrant ) j'espere un bebop 3 avec une vrai evolution. pas seulement une grosse batterie et des moteurs plus puissant

Hello all! For some reason, when I fly my bebop 2 with my iPhone 6s, the app crashes a lot mid air. If someone could tell me how to fix this, I would appreciate it! Also, my bebop 2 has connectivity issues with my iPhone 6s and iPad 3rd generation. Thanks!

Salut à tous, très content du bebop 2, mais avec firmware update 3.3.0 la connexion avec mon samsung 7 edge n'éteint carrément mon natel après environ 30 secondes à une minute avec ou sans le Skycontroller, j'ai laisser le la version précédent dans ma tablette ce qui me permet de voler et pas pouvoir me réjouir des améliorations ! si quelqu'un peut m'aider MERCI @+++
