Bravo 2 U !!!
After 2 weeks of watching blender vids 8 hrs a day of the thousands of different aspects and function and not seeing more than a cube and a donut on the screen. THIS has given more insight on 3D generation and usage in this one vid than those hundreds of hours..
When all you need to do is make a little disc with several angled slots in it equally spaced, there's no need to have to go through thousands of aspects that are irrelevant to the what you are trying to simply produce in this program and send it to the 3D Extruding Machine.
ALSO, I love the downloadable app in Win 7 Pro, it's faster and does more than a browser in Firefox.
