This guy is closing in on his 40s, he looks better than most guys that are in their 20s and has an excellent athletic performance, the longevity he has is something to strive for. Not to mention he is one of, if not the greatest CrossFit athlete in history(everyone is entitled to their own opinion). Rich Froning thanks for the inspiration.💪

I respect Rich for just being humble and a normal guy not trying to sell his lifestyle and everything he comes up with just to make a buck. He is one of the only natural influencers out there that isn’t telling you to work hard and do all these different workouts to achieve what you want but is secretly juiced to the gills. Rich is the Michael Jordan of CrossFit idc what other opinions are. Keep it up Rich and keep the faith.

I can appreciate how Rich doesn’t change at all when the camera is on. He doesn’t over exaggerate or react to entice people almost so much so he seems annoyed by it. But this is a real depiction of “a day in the life of…”

Rich is a great guy, great Dad, husband, team member, good all around human.

Unfortunately one of his fellow podcasters opted to wear a "Let's Go Brandon" hat. The individual also had a firefighter's t-shirt, all due respect to his service.

My 3 brothers and I all served in the military, plus my Dad, 4 uncles, 2 cousins, and 2 nephews.

We served presidents and generals we agreed with and disagreed with. We never disparaged those we served. Patriotism and service is a path of honor and integrity.

Rich is a man of integrity and committed to doing the right thing. I support his right to share his political views with respect and integrity, whether or not his viewers agree with positions. We want the next generation to form their own opinions and we need to model respect and honor as we help them understand and navigate the world.

Appreciate Rich's commitment to a fitness, family first lifestyle.

Cool Video! Can we see all the prehab/rehab/warmups he does throughout the day. I know he said he didn't do any before the bike, but I would love to see how extensive it is before a metcon like in the video. Thanks Rich!
