We just bought a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave. And we love it. we only had it 5 days we took it home on a Tuesday. and took it to the custom shop the following Monday and had a suspension light put on it and did wheels and tires 35's and a set of 22x12 -44 so the problems your talking about in the video problems fixed

I traded a 2014 Wrangler Rubicon in for a 2021 gladiator Rubicon in May. Love the hauling ability. Also nice to have that 22 gallon gas tank. Plus for some reason, the cab just seems more roomy without the back end of it being stuffed full of cargo. Frankly I don't miss the wrangler. Will see if I miss it in the mountains.

I currently own a 2023 jeep gladiator high altitude and the only issue I’ve ever had is auto start with my key and that was a super easy and quick fix

That truck, with the V8, would be just right!

Contrary to the video, that "wandering steering" complaint doesn't apply to new (2021) Jeep Gladiators, and I'm guessing 2021 Wranglers, either, since a new (steel-case) steering box was used for 2021 (and software tune, if needed) in mid-August 2020 when the 2021 models began production.
As for 2018+ model Wranglers, and 2020 Gladiators, see TSB 08-074-20 and get the new steering box.
My 2021 Gladiator Rubicon is fine on the hwy, even at freeway speeds. There's no "wandering" whatsoever.
Still, 2021Gladiator buyers will do test drives and can see for themselves.

I had the wandering issue on my 2020 gladiator, while it was still under warranty i took it to the dealership and had them install a full metal steering box, fixed the problem for free

Solid motor and transmission. Hopefully a gladiator with the demon engine is in the works for the future.

I have a 2021 gladiator rubicon. My only complaint is the drivers seat wont stay adjusted up in height like i like it. It uses a jacking system, not sure if it is hydraulic or something else.

I just bought a new Mojave and thus truck steers beautifully on the highway. My guess if there were issues i5 had to do with the earlier models. As far the truck I love it. Frankly Since I’m not towing more than 6000 lbs anymore I don’t miss my 2019 ram limited at all. Well she was plush bi5 this jeeps solid build and ride definitely sold me.

The 2020's have an issue with the steering box. There isn't a recall but jeep has issued a TSB (technical service bulletin) for the steering box. Jeep replaced my wife's aluminum steering box and with a steel one at no cost to us. Before the steel box was installed it was downright scary at highway speeds. I have a 21' Mojave and it has the steel steering box from the factory

Gee, Jeep People wouldn’t even list “steering wanders” as an issue. Big off-road tires on a 4WD system, especially where there are disconnects and solid axles, are all gonna have wandering issues. No prior Jeep owner would consider “wandering” a problem because we’ve had the extreme version of this, “bumpsteer” and “death wobble.”

So the people listing the “steering wanders” as an issue, which it is but Jeep People wouldn’t complain, are the people who’ve never owned a Jeep and are using the Jeeps as status symbols (a rubicon can cost more than a BMW or a Maserati), and Mall Crawling or Mom Taxi for the soccer playing kids…..

I really like how deeply you dug on this, TSBs? Good job!

“Wandering steering” is just people whining about solid axle steering feel. It’s bs and it’s just how they are by design. If you don’t want to have to use any steering input while you drive then maybe you should get a Subaru and have it beep at you and force you into the middle of the lane constantly. Lol

I just wish the diesel came with the manual transmission.

I think "wandering steering" is more of a personal interpretation of its aerodynamics and steering dynamics. I wouldn't expect anything to be done about it because one person would complain about it and another person wouldn't notice it.
