I think they waited because the S25 Ultra wasn't a clear upgrade over the S24U, and they wanted to justify people upgrading. Now that some time has passed and the UI7 is here, the S24U looks like the better phone. I'm glad I didn't upgrade

Got my update yesterday and love the new operating system, think the best new feature is the ability to record video with music still playing through headphones or speakers 👌🏿

Had no idea it was coming so it was a nice surprise, but it took me a while to figure out how to access the quick settings!

UI 6.1.1 promised some camera changes to deal with enhancements to the 10x zoom. Since 6.1.1 was cancelled, have these changes been incorporated in other updates or in UI 7?

Got it on my 24Ultra yesterday late morning. U.S. Verizon model. I've got an S25 also so it's easy to compare some features. Pretty good update!

They fixed the processing of photos from 50mpx and 200mpx lenses. They are finally usable. The speakers play much better. The battery after doing a cache wipe is great.
