That's one heck of a guitar for your first one. But I totally get your exitement. I bought my first when I was 13. It was a used Telecaster noname copy that was originally from a mail order company. Nowhere near the quality of a Rickenbacker. Even thought you don't plan on posting guitar vids I would like it if you keep us informed about your progress occasionally.

I’d be interested in how your guitar learning progresses. Do you play piano? I’m starting to figure out the keyboard, notes, sharps, flats, etc., and how the guitar is the same, as far as I can tell. If YOU ever find out why there are NO flat / sharps between the B&C and the E&F, please tell me. Lol
