Thanks for the comparison.  Do you know any of the Sammy dummies that you can contact to hurry them up in refreshing the Note 8.0 as the Note Pro 8.4.  Millions of us have been waiting for Note 8.0 refresh that is long overdue.

Good points but...
• the tab is thinner and less besle and less weight
• the software is outdated on the note
• the tab is easier to hold
I have nothing against the note products either but if you need an affordable tablet go with the tab and get an active stylus that's what's best

I just got a Note 4 7.0 on discount and I like it so far, no doubt I'll soon upgrade when the new one comes out and hand this one to my son. Is there any chance in the future tablets will have a phone feature?

Im using the Note 8.0, and the cameras actually SUCK really bad. Im considering the Tab 4 8.0. Also, the Note 8.0 has round edges and I HATE it because some apps only work in portriate-mode and the device falls over. The Note 8.0 is great but I seriously doubt its overall better than the Tab 4 8.0

Samsung Galaxy note 8 is the better bet with faster cpu & more ram, benchmarks with Quadrant Standard Edition from playstore shows the results of the device.

The Note 8.0 has been out a while and is getting kinda old. I'l going with the Tab 4 8.0.
