[How I Bake] pistachio babka

For the dough: 1 1/2 tbsp of active dry yeast + 1 tsp of sugar in 1/2 cup (c.) of warm water. Mix and let it sit for 10 minutes.

In the mixer: 3 cups all purpose flour + 1/2 c. sugar + 1 tbsp salt + 3 eggs + yeast water and mix. Then add 1/3 c. cold unsalted butter.

Cover and let it sit in the fridge for at least 6h.

For the crumbles: 1/4 cup of melted butter + 1/2 cup of flour + 2 tbps of brown sugar + 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
