Sanders is playing in Pat Shurmur's offense, as Shurmur is Colorado's offensive coordinator. He is far and away ahead of any QB in this draft, ready for the NFL with his experience in an NFL pro style offense. His accuracy, processing, and anticipation are off the charts. Also, Dieon Sanders is a great teacher, and these young men have tons of respect for him. He teaches them the right way, the same as how he teaches his sons. I have no issue as far as character when it comes to Sheduer. I think, with a "functional" coaching staff, he can be an elite QB in the NFL.

I like Sanders and Ward. I’d be happy with either. I think Sanders (and his father) could bring a culture / attitude change to this struggling locker room. Deon is not going to let his son (or whatever team he plays for) fail and that could be a unique intangible advantage.

Although The Giants are scouting Sanders they should be doing their due diligence and be scouting Cam Ward in the same manner as Sanders. What if we don't have the 1st pick overall some other team could pick Sander before the Giants then Giants would need to know what other QB they would like and fit their team. My personal feeling is I like Ward better because he has excellent intangibles and Sanders Father and company worries me!
