Can personally vouch for this. Unfortunately I was one of the people who signed up knowing nothing in advance.

I did well, but almost all the folks with prior experience who were able to mentor other students landed dev roles within weeks of graduating, some even before graduation.

Not sure about their salaries, but I landed a dev role making 60k/year just one month after graduation, and then hopped to another role 3 months later making just shy of six figures.

Before that I was doing manual warehouse labor and nearly tripled my income in a year. It can be done!
