For us it's torture leaving us as we are miles away from each other 💔!

Hello there I have applied from 20th of December 21 for a Family permit Visa for my mother and so far I haven't heard anything from the UKVI.
I am trying to contact them through the contact number provided but I can't reach out anyone it says thanks for calling and hangs of. I tried lately through the online tool as well and always comes up as payment failed and I don't know the reason I've tried with every single bank card I have. Can somebody help me out or guide me on what can I do next please!?

Will you always keep charging visa fees of the visa application is missing forms or incomplete answer ?
You seem to making the fee more and more expensive without providing a justifiable for the multi visa charge plus this don’t even show as a generated product on your home office website in order for your opposition to discuss such ongoing and unfair issue
