Upgrade: 2010 20hp Honda Four Stroke

After struggling with the 10hp Mercury I decided to get a new motor. Not just any new motor, a motor with double the power. I got this 2010 Honda for $2000 bucks off of craigslist. The Mercury did 10mph, and the Honda does 27mph.

What was the upgrade? I have a 9.9 not very fast that thing looks like it is flying I want to trade up to the 20 apparently its only 12lbs heavier. UPDATE. I just bought a new 20 yesterday and sold my 9.9 today can't wait to see the difference in the speed. UPDATE. the 9.9 went 13mph the 20 goes 24mph and 26mph with a 3 blade 11 pitch prop, it just flys.

que tal, el onda mio llega a 20 mph max con un bote inflable de quilla rigida, el paso de elice es el original de 9/15 x 10, le cambiaste la helice o mantenes la original?
