Αίνος-Μεγάλος Σωρός 1.627m

Μοναδική θέα προς όλες τις κατευθύνσεις. Η κορυφή ονομάζεται απο τους ντόπιους ''Στο Σωρό τα κόκκαλα'' γιατί εκεί μέχρι πρόσφατα υπήρχε σωρός απο απολιθωμένα οστά προβάτων και βοδιών. Τα οστά αυτά ερμηνεύτηκαν ότι ήταν υπολείμματα απο τα ιερά σφάγια των θυσιών. Ο Αίνος ήταν το 185ο βουνό που έχω ανέβει.

Unique views in all directions. The peak is called by the locals "On the pile of bones" because until recently there was a pile of fossilized bones of sheep and oxen. These bones were interpreted to be the remains of the sacred sacrificial carcasses. Ainos was the 185th mountain I have climbed.
