Don't forget that the Witch's Broom is the only mount in the game that can go through 3-block gaps and doors, making it the best mount in creating tall and huge builds.
And it also doesn't get disabled when underwater, making it ALSO the best mount in building underwater.
Best all-rounder imo.

I like Lilith’s Necklace, The one that turns you into a wolf? You can use weapons while moving around quickly and jumping high. Started a master mode playthrough and brought this along, It’s the only way I can be agile enough to go toe to toe with the bosses.

My op strat that always works is a hoverboard, the expert drop from empress of light, and queen slime mount. By pressing down and space, you can get very fast left and right movement. The queen slime mount is for falling fast, and holding up and space gives very fast upward movement. Queen slime mount is always going to be my fav because of how much potential it has if you use it right.

Objection liliths necklace is a mount you can get as soon as you get into hardmode and completly replaces the need to use boots or chtulus shield and lets your bundle of balloons from early in the game be the same as wings max speed of 58 mph and has the same hitbox as the player so you can easily fit through houses without haveing to dismount and then remount
