I just was thinking i needed to pay more attention to moon phases . This confirms it. Our waters are very cold in the spring in NC but Fall is always on fire out here. I love the mullet run! Tide changes in the surf seem to always help out alot and i noticed in the fall it is a much larger change

I fully agree with this input. I’ve Fished the moon phases year around and I always check the tidal flow. Also direction it moving across points plus coves and bait being pushed into area’s they can ambush bait.
Being retired with over 30 years as a LEO I saw the moon effect people. I believe the full moon pulls the fluids in the brain on people and cause pressure on the brain. They do a lot of things differently. One tempers seem to flair easily and people get edgy. Love your fishing advice and adventures. Thanks!

What type of knot is best to use when using a twist lock hook for jerk shad or paddle tails? I know you guys say to use loop knots for jig heads but knot sure for twistlocks.
