The element that no one is talking about is how will they know if you bought it from an FFL or private sale or it was your to begin with for many years. The answer is they need a registry of all guns in America and without that element of a registry this is not enforceable. Watch out for that to be next!!

Still have the same issue, get rid of the ATF&E, put everyone of those people to work on hard labor cleaning up the forests and highways among others.
