The 12 principles of animation... Not sure why I haven't covered these until now, but here we are! This mini-series was a lot of fun to put together. Hope you enjoy it, and maybe learn a thing or two along the way.

Special thanks to Animate With Alex for voicing all the animation quotes in this series (channel pending)!

Interesting fact! There's actually a third method which is a combination of both, it's mentioned in the animators survival kit by Richard Williams.

So it doesn't matter witch one to choose? Because sometimes I use pose to pose and sometimes straight ahead, even mixture of both, but in pose to pose I understood that it's a bit hard to make in betweens because it might not be like next key pose and I would have harder job at spline, however, I believe straight ahead is kind of my method because I can block it exactly with reference and have easer job in spline with graph editor and I can make overlap or anticipation easer and make it feel more organic.

Please make a video on follow through and overlapping action, seriously it is very confusing and hard to animate...
Please if you have time, do it ...
