Another great eye-opener into life on the Gold Coast and what a life! I don’t think that Sovereign Island is very inviting for casual visitors as it doesn’t have facilities but the plot with the sea view at the end of the video is surely ready for you to build on! X

At 15:15 they wanted $40 million for that house. It's over 5 blocks of land.

It is terrible inside. Like a shopping mall. It was bought from a bankruptcy for about $4 million with the building unfinished and then completed by another builder.

So his costs all up would be about $20 million. $40 million is just plain greed for a house that looks and feels like a shopping mall inside.
