You Cannot Train People to Make Disciples in a Classroom - Jeff Vanderstelt

Training to make disciples happens "on the job" rather than in a classroom. You have to go with people and watch them do it in order to help them get better.

It is important that we coach people in skills and real life application rather than just lecture on it and hope people will try it. Even Jesus delegated and then debriefed in Luke 9 & 10.

Anyone can learn to make disciples if they can be trained in life-on-life discipleship.
