Love your quote. Most leaders could learn so much from their mistakes if they weren't so busy denying them. So true!

Thank you for sharing such valuable information based in the foundation of our faith. What a blessing that the Holy Spirit dropped me off here today. One of the best podcasts on leadership I've been privileged to watch. Thank you for carrying that mantle with such dignity, humility and the inevitable flying C's.

As someone who tends to react in a crisis more than anticipate trends, I needed to hear this message.

What to do when your boss is obsessed with your weaknesses than focusing on strengths? What if your boss is obsessed with what you said you wanted to do 10-12 years back and expects you to do it now.. ( for some timing is not problem, they just want you to keep words, they may not give you opportunity at right time, but expect you to keep words). One thing I realized, not everyone has capacity to see possibility, potential in people.

Thank you! I got an A in my Operational Leadership class. My most commented on class discussion post is the one where I quoted this podcast and encouraged the class to be anticipatory leadership. Yes, I properly cited and referenced this material. The professor called it inspirational, encouraging, and an innovative perspective.
