Mysterious, Terrifying…. This is the Black Eyed kids EXPLAINED!!
What’s going down Mouse Nation and welcome back! Today we have another creepy urban legend for you all! The Legend of the Black Eyed kids!
These black eyed kids are known to roam lonely roads and neighborhoods since the 1980’s.
The black eyed children are mysterious creatures of the night and seem to be black eyed children between the ages of 6 and 16. The black eyed kids have extremely pale skin and of course, fully black eyes. They black eyed kids speak in a monotone voice, they don’t breath, and the black eyed kids origin is mostly unknown.
Though many believe the black eyed kids to be either aliens, vampires, interdimentional beings, or demons.
Tabloids in the 80’s first claimed that the black eyed children existed, but the true legend didn’t begin to grow until Texas news Reporter detailedtwo different alleged encounters with the black eyed kids.
The first story he wrote, was his own encounter with the black eyed children.
It was 9:30 PM on a warm August night in Abilene, Texas. I left my apartment to drop off my payment for my internet bill in an overnight dropbox. This dropbox was right next to an old discount movie theater. You know the ones, where they play older movies at a much cheaper price. Tonight’s showing was Mortal Kombat. I remember this because I used the Marquee lights to write out the check for my payment.
Someone knocked on my car’s window. To my surprise it was two young boys, somewhere between the age go 10 and 14. One taller than the other, both wearing hoodies.
I figured they wanted some cash to watch a movie or something, but out of nowhere I suddenly felt extremely uncomfortable.
I slightly rolled down my window to hear what they had to say.
The taller boy grinned, exposing his oddly white teeth.
The boys told me that they had left their money at home and asked me for a ride.
Paranoid, I began to stall by asking what movie they were going to see. I didn’t really care, I was just trying to figure out what I needed to do to get the hell out of there.
Mortal Kombat, the tall boy stated with a blank stare.
At that point I realized something was going on, I knew for a fact that the final showing for Mortal Kombat had began an hour earlier.
And that’s when I noticed their eyes. Those dark colorless eyes. They seemed empty. Like two black holes. No iris, no pupil. Just complete blackness.
The boys began to get noticeably angry, begging me to let them in the car. Trying to reassure me that they wouldn’t hurt me, and that they didn’t have a gun.
They screamed louder and louder to let them in. Pulling on my door handle and banging on my windows.
and that was it.
I hit the gas and took off, leaving the black eyed kids screaming angrily and running towards my car.
I had to make a U Turn to reach the exit of the theater,
but to my surprised, the boys were gone.
Totally vanished.
Nothing was left except an empty sidewalk.
And there began on of the earliest examples of what we now know as a creepypasta.
And this also is what started the basis for any future stories of encounters with black eyed children.
The legend of the Black eyed children grew like wild fire, with other tales and word of mouth stories about my friend’s friend who saw the frightening black eyed children.
Usually in these stories a small group of these black eyed kids come up to a car or home, asking for a ride or to come in to make a phone call or use the bathroom. The potential victim feels an overwhelming sense of fear before realizing the darkness in their eyes.
Brian Bethel went on TV shows and did interviews talking about the black eyed kids, and more stories popped up around the country.
in 2013, an episode of MSN’s Weekly Strange featured stories about the Black Eyed children adding to their legend.
Today there are countless eye witness reports and stories based on The Black Eyed Kids.
And Maybe someday I’ll tell you about my encounter with these dark eyed demons.
