Im an ex-christian (atheist) and he is right. The book of Revelations in the Bible is nightmare inducing. It romnticises extreme suffering of all non Christians. Thats why some christians hold tight to their beliefs because the alternative is perpetual hell if you die or Years of tribulation where they'll be famine, war, slaughter etc. Basically once Jesus comes back Christians who are alive will be saved and those that are dead will rise and they'll go to heaven. The rest of the population will suffer. To escape suffering you have to ensure that you dont have the mark of the beast ( which will be impossible because its like the only global currency) and you must die at the hands of th oppressors. (Why some christians are against vaccines is because they think its a version of the mark of the beast)
