And sir can I directly register for round 2 without registration in round 1 (in state counseling))????State counseling cha registration keva paryant open rahil?? And will the registration of state counseling start again in 2nd round?? Like in all india counseling

I will choose government and deemed colleges in the first round of the AIQ choice filling. My rank plus last year's allotment rank give me a good chance of being admitted to Deemed College in the first round.
However, my odds of receiving the state quota are only 50%, even if I wish to remain at the homestate medical college.
For instance, if I receive a Deemed college in the first round of AIQ, I can report and apply for an upgrade, but the cost of travelling to those institutions is high because they are far from home. Additionally, it is very expensive to travel back to the deemed institution to take a reliving letter if I am allocated a state quota college.
Please provide advise on how to fill out the right choices to reduce the cost of your trip.
