Aegean airlines are rated highly within Europe in economy class, with low fares they still provide hot meals on all flights or a snack on really short flights.

Since the fall of Olympic Airlines, Aegean airlines have sort of held the unofficial spot as Greece's national airline.

My Flight with Aegean airlines was enjoyable and a nice flight with some hot food included, I can't say that it was much better than most airlines in Europe, but I did not have any complaints.

Only recently read the story of how the old Olympic Airways became Olympic Air, and is now 100% owned by Aegean Airlines.

Je suis scandalisée par les prix que pratique la compagnie AEGEAN. Une famille qui part de Marseille doit dépenser 2500 euros pour aller à Athènes. Par ces prix la compagnie AEGEAN fait du tort à la Grèce car la plupart des familles ne peut se permettre de dépenser une telle somme pour le voyage car s'ajoutent les frais de transport en ferry, l'hébergement. Lorsque les enfants sont scolarisés il est bien évident qu'ils n'ont pas le choix que de partir en juillet et en août. Cette compagnie AEGEAN se permet des prix plus chers que pour aller aux Etats-Unis ou vers des destinations très lointaines. C'est scandaleux !
