I had seen them at the now gone pontiac silver dome when it was brand new on 12/5/1975. They said the pope had the largest attendance. all i remember is it was a free for all. It became a free concert. All i know is we were on the thirty yard line & could not move. our only salvation was a 2.5 gallon foldable jug of vodka & wylers orange when empty it became i urinal we shared with the girls. all i remember is a bunch of guys carrying a 10 foot section of cast iron pipe. Go figure. I would bet there were over 122, 000 people there. It was terrifying.
