Ike I used a plan called OPTAVIA and I lost about 85 lbs in less than a year. I am a retired trucker for the most part, I am 71 and I do get out once in a while. The plan was trucker friendly and you get a coach. It was not expensive at all and it taught me how to eat better and healthier. You buy some packaged food and make some. Really easy.

I watched this video and a thought came up. An idea for the truck and maybe onto the trailor. Use the Bonehead Trucker Icon (The Skeleton) and have him carrying a flag pole. The flag could be the American flag. So maybe put the Skeleton on the door or on the fender near the nose of the truck. Then have the flag go from the pole and sweep back over the cab and maybe onto the trailer. ?? Like the wind is making the flag flow that way. It's a idea that came up in my head. Hopefully this idea helps give you a good idea what to do with the truck. Maybe you use my idea or maybe make it better. Either way I hope this sparks something good. Keep doing what your doing and keep the hammer down.

I I honestly think I like you doing videos of other truck drivers than you doing a video of yourself driving because basically I think you're a has been driver and not a today's driver because basically you're not staying out on the road much you're out for a week and then you don't want to come back, why don't you be a real truck driver and be here for 18 days and know what it's like to be a real trucker nowadays, none of this do one week and then go home, why don't you come out and see what it's like to be a real truck driver.
