Just remember that these are the official numbers for muslims with French citizenship... The exact amount of muslims without French citizenship isn't known (as most of them are illegal immigrants). It is however considered that 20-25% of France's population isn't white. Add to this that there is a small phenomenon of white french people (especially women) converting to Islam (I don't have the number though).
But remember, "the proportion of strangers in France hasn't changed since the 1930's" as Benoît Hamon (a french leftwing politician) said.
