How to draw a cherry blossom- quickie sketch

Hello Everyone,
I hope you are all doing well. Welcome to The Creative Cove.
Todays tutorial is about cherry blossoms. I hope you sketch along with me for these lovely little Japanese inspired blossoms. They are so beautiful to see and one day I hope to make it to Japan to see these beautiful trees in all their glory. In the meanwhile I will have to settle for quickie sketches in my journals. Hope this inspires you to grab a pen or pencil and leave your special mark in your journals.

I love your channel!!! Please do some pink dogwoods. They look a little similar to cherry blossoms but I'm sure their is a difference. Even white dogwoods and redbuds would be great to see. I would love to see some lilacs vs. Wisteria.

You made it so easy for me to draw along with you, thanx. I have a couple ‘bright’ coloured trays beside me while I’m working, 1 for tools, 1 for scraps. Seems to keep my space neater…at least in theory lol Cheers
