Brilliant. The Scarlet Prawns (shrimp) at Ramiro's in Lisbon is possibly the best single dish I've ever eaten.

If you allow me, I suggest to take the heads appart for make a « bisque », and finish the cook of the pastas in there. The flavors are even more intense. And in Italy, they never put cheese with fish pastas, but each his own taste !

Ok, not only cause I love trying meals that are new to me. I'm a chubby boy, but I do enjoy watching these videos seeing people not only make food, but they make it into like an art almost idk how to explain it.

Most people won't even know how that type of shrimp (carabinero in Spanish) taste. It's one of the most amazing and unique flavors of the seafood type animals. One of my favorites if not the best.
And by the way, no need to devein it and the liquid in the head is pure heaven.

My mom used to cook these huge shrimps when I was little. So eat! I missed her cooking :(

That looks delicious, I'd definitely eat it but id need about 5 of those shrimp. That's the problem with shrimp, they're too delicious.

I bet it tastes amazing BUT: in Italy, if you put parmigiano on any kind of seafood pasta whatsoever, you get burnt at the stake in the public piazza. We'll make sure you have a nice crust, tho.
