We were in a relationship for about five years. The attraction was lost, and she decided to break up with me. It happened last month, in August. She definitely expressed some mixed feelings or conflicting ideas about things she doesn't want to do, but on the other hand, she still enjoys activities like watching movies and going to hockey games. Interestingly, we have plans to go ice-skating on Christmas Day at 8:30 PM at Enchant. there was one time we hung out at our house and I end up cooking dinner.

Allow me to share this story! I've been talking to someone for a year and a half. We already met three times, she already introduced me to her children, her parents, we even prayed together which was special, and just recently I found out that when I declined her invitation to come over turns out she cooked for me. At that moment I had a cold which was a valid reason so yeah those were a major giveaway when someone likes you more than a friend.

Reminds me of how I asked out my first girlfriend. I worked in an arcade, she worked at the theater next door. On her days off she’d come by to hang out at the arcade despite not being a gamer. She once showed up just as I was ending my shift and so we hung out at a McDonald’s together for like three hours! I never once thought she was showing interest in me! I was totally clueless. We reconnected as friends last year after she had heard about my fiancée’s passing. We were talking about that and she was always amused that I had no clue.
