Here's how to unlock all of the extras for Sonic CD on mobile devices (iOS and Android), Xbox 360, PS3, Steam and even Sonic Origins!

D.A. Garden - Finish the main time attack levels in under 30 minutes
Visual Mode - Finish the main time attack levels in under 25 minutes
Sound Test - Finish the special stage time attack levels in under 4 minutes
Stage Select - Finish the special stage time attack levels in under 5 minutes

In Sonic Origins, stage select is STILL unlockable...

...yet there's not even options to change characters or have all Time Stones.
