People miss the mark on him. ANYTIME he touches the ball, he’s a home run threat… if he’s healthy, I think he’s the best pass catching back, right along with Eck.

Ive always felt Swift was the most talented back Detroit has had for the last decade, but his main issue was health. Was sad to see him go but if he says healthy he can thrive in the Eagles system

He’s good if healthy. Problem is he is never healthy which is why we traded him

One thing I will say is the most elite running backs are the ones who are able to build a connection with their line and understanding where the holes will be, I think his connection with that lions front 5 was solid and we can see him clearly understanding where his lineman are taking the defenders. In time he will learn the habits and tendencies of that crazy eagles line and maybe even having a breakout season. Hes definitely got the potential its just a matter of how bad he wants it and how good the coaching staff helps him adapt to the scheme, and in my opinion both parts seem to already good.

Swift is a good player and can bring a lot but sometimes his vision is just so terrible

talent wise hes one of the best in the league. hes just super fragile and doesnt play near his peak when hes hurt. some guys can be banged up and still will run through a guy for a first, swift will run out of bounds. maybe being back in his hometown will change his injury luck tho

Swift was good with Detroit but better with the Eagles O line.

I think they primarily use him as a pass catcher. Gainwell and Penny probably get more carries.

Miles sanders always made questionable moves in our backfield with wide open lanes. He was really freaking good also still but ya. I remember one time he caught a ball behind the LOS and a defender was 10+ yards away and it barely went for anything cause he danced.

Swift is good, but he isn't great. Injury prone. He can make plays, but he misses a lot or gives up on plays.

The Eagles are going to love Swift when he's able to play. Expect 3-6 healthy games from Swift.
