Rick Levine Astrology Forecast for October 2019

A LONG AND WINDING ROAD… We’ve been running a full marathon, but now it begins to feel more like a sprint to the finish line. Although the Saturn-Pluto conjunction of January 12, 2020 is still three months away, these two heavyweights both move direct during October and gain speed, as they head toward their destination. On the political front, it’s as if a large iceberg has broken free, but no one yet knows its trajectory. The cosmic energies are surely more complex than they seem at first glance. These are serious times and the hand-in-hand dance of Saturn and Pluto has our attention, whether we’re looking at Presidential impeachment proceedings, the upcoming national elections, the Brexit/Parliament fiasco, the climate crisis, the Mideast tensions, the India-Pakistan disagreement, lions, and tigers and bears! Oh my! And the list continues to grow.

October doesn’t wait to reveal its intensity. An emotionally charged Venus-Pluto square on October 1 fuels Pluto’s direct turn on October 3 -- the same day that Mercury enters extreme Scorpio and Mars enters strategic Libra. Venus escapes into Scorpio on October 8, followed by the Sun on October 23. Meanwhile, an electric Venus-Uranus opposition on October 12 feeds into a brash Aries Full Moon on October 13. This Full Moon squares Pluto, triggering heightened power struggles in global politics and personal relationships.

There is smoother sailing from the dreamy Mercury-Neptune trine on October 15 until the romantic Venus-Neptune trine on October 21. However, complicated earthly energies intensify again once the Sun shifts into Scorpio on October 23, along with the problematic Mars-Saturn square on October 27 that tests our patience. Thankfully, the perceptive Scorpio New Moon the same day packs a wallop because it opposes irrepressible Uranus. As if the cosmos is laughing at our dreams and false optimism, trickster Mercury grinds to a halt and begins its retrograde phase on October 31. The long and winding road ensures that we’ll need to take a few detours prior to reaching our goals.

Thank you Rick for your valuable insight. For over 35 years I have been doing astrology/charts and I am still amazed at how accurate the picture is of the person or situation. Listening to you today was like being in a mini game of tennis with the ball being sent back and forth over the net. Is it Johnson? Is it Trump? Back and forth - Trump/Johnson, until I suddenly saw what was happening and I started to giggle. You were presenting - to my perspective - a macro look at what is happening to an individual based on what the energies (planets/Universe) are doing right now in front of us. What you see on the greater scale is what all of us on the micro scale are going through individually (like looking at our individual belief systems). Over the years I found that there are two sides to each Zodiacal sign - dark and light - two sides of the same coin if you will . What the planetary energies do is to bring these aspects up for each individual to see within themselves: then our response to these energies. If you don't see it within yourself - just look at the world on what is happening on a greater scale and you will see what is happening within your own life that matches (not everyone is a criminal - LOL). It's also a peek into how much the soul has developed over lifetimes. All in all, you did a wonderful job of presenting just exactly what all of us are facing - the fear within or letting the fear go and move forward. This is reality. We may not like it, but we did volunteer to come here to clean up our act. Maybe a better human being will result from the chaos that makes a daily appearance. Within chaos is perfect order. Thank you so much Rick! I look forward to your talks every month and watch them a few times. This is all happening at my mid heaven. I was promoted to a new job within the same company a couple months ago. My old boss will not let me out of my old position as she “needs” me (ugh🙄). My new boss is attempting to extricate me. Meanwhile I’m working both jobs and they are busy! I’ve been setting boundaries but the director got involved and has ordered me to stay in both. Blood sugar up, Health issues have now been communicated to HR. it’s nuts. Just recently I got a jury summons and laughed. Never been so happy to get a jury summons 😁

That was the very best presentation on the present and upcoming astrological aspects I have ever seen. It seems like most astrologers are too afraid to cover political, cultural and economic energies. But, that is what is important. The political is the personal. How can we find our groundings in all the present turmoil without a healthy discussion of the political theatre taking place in the world? People who shun the deeper discussion are too afraid to admit to the chaos. They think if they ignore it or deny it they will not be affected. I for one want to be wide awake. That way I hope to develop ninja survival skills. With fluidity, awareness, and historical astrological knowledge I hope to not only help myself but others as well.
