I got one and have been using it. I will say they are not wrong about the breathing out part. If you breathe into in a certain way it's almost like silent screaming. I felt that the other day.

Just got mine for Christmas and I love it!! It works to help me breathe out slowly and mindfully and I can see that it will really help with practice and commitment to use it. It looks great too and I feel I can educate people on anxiety and help others who may be scared to speak out about it.
