Good stuff with the cottered crank and the bottom bracket. People think of old steel stuff getting rusty and stuck, but it seems to come apart pretty easily, esp with the right tools.

i got 1 question for you, i live i Denmark, and my old bike died on me it was 22 years so it was okay, and now just the other day i tryed a bike like nothing else i have tryed here in Denmark it was a old Schwinn Cruiser no gears just a bike and the guy asked me if i want to try it and it was so nice. ... now i got to have one so where can i buy / order a nice american schwinn bike when i live in Denmark, shipping and so on ???

Bikeman. How about focusing more on ebikes at your shop? I mean the Bafang motor system for example. You could sell the conversion kits also have a conversion service. You don't need so much space to stock the items and you can promote it on Youtube as well as your normal maintenance and repair service. There's a British guy in China (em3ev) that supplies really good quality battery packs. Maybe contact him and talk about possible deals he could do for. Not affiliated btw. (the quality of the battery pack is crucial. ) Just an idea. I really hope you guys don't have to sell your business.
