Pokemon Sword and Shield In-Game Trades

There are 9 in-game trades you can do in pokemon Sword and Shield excluding the others you can do in the Isle of Armor expansion pass.

Trading in pokemon not only gives you the chance to obtain pokemon you haven't got, or can't obtain in your version of the game. Traded pokemon get extra exp and level up faster. Trading is also a fun essential part of the game. If you aren't lucky enough to have friends with Nintendo Switches, or just can't afford Nintendo Online at the moment… here are the In-gmae Trades you can do.

The first trade on the list is a Skwovet in Motostoke. 

Walk into the pokemon center in Motostoke and talk to the NPC standing closest to the Mart on the Right.

She will ask you for a Bunnelby. In return she will trade you her Skwovet named Cheekers. 

Its level 10 and its holding an Oran Berry.

The second trade you can do in-game is located in Turrfield. In the gym, talk to the young lad in a blue shirt standing by the green path. He offers a trade for your Galarian Meowth. He has a Kantoen Meowth, you know the traditional, Team Rocket looking meowth for trade.

Its level 18 and is holding a Sitrus Berry.

the NPC named it Cash.

trade number 3 is done in Hulbury.

Make your way to the market and talk to the girl sittng at the picnic table.

You need a minccino for this trade and shes giving you a Cottonee named Candyfloss, level 23.

Trade # 4 in Hammerlock. Go left til you get to a Rhydon battling a Gastrodon. Talk to the woman standing on the left near the bench and she will offer you her level 25 Togepi named Snips for your Toxel.

Trade 5 is done in Stow-on-Side. Make your way up to the roof of the building by the stairs to find a guy in black. He's looking for a Marcactus that he will trade his level 30 Hatenna named Fringe. Or if you have Shield he will give you an Impidimp named Peepers. 

Trade 6: In Ballonlea you can find an eevee kid at the gym who wants a Galarian Yamask for her Unovan Yamask named Masky, level 36.

7: Circhester has a Fountain where you can find a striped topped stand near the bottom right. The guy there is looking to trade his level 37 Throh for your Vanillish. Throhs name is Reddos. but if you have Shield, he will have a Sawk named Blubop

8: In Spikemuth you find a wooden stand near the gate below a Sableye sign. The Rebel Yell gang member in the stand has a Classic Kantonian Mr.Mime at level 40 named Mymo that he will trade for your Obstagoon.

9. The last Trade in-game trade without DLC is found in Wyndon. Go in the fourth house down from the stadium. You will find a man looking for a Frosmoth. he will trade you his level 50 Duraludon named Linear for it.
