Personal Best Football of a Spotted Bass (Pine Flat Lake)

Some tips and thoughts on how you can maybe catch fish that are roaming and chasing bait. I also stuck my personal best spotted bass while going through the motions. This was intended to be my practice for the upcoming Yak-a-Bass Lake Oroville Tournament.
