Dear Ma'am, I have recently subscribed your channel and learnt many things but here as a part of LIC. i want to share one information that claim settlement % is based no of claim received and no of claim recieved is based on no of policy taken by customer. So, this chart doesn't depict real worth of company. Also, claim settlement ratio also doesn't mean anything . As, no of policyholder insured by LIC is more then the total no of insured by all other private co. thus, its settlement ratio will be always little low

Hi Madam,
I had a very bad experience from your team which I was contacted wit your team 3 days before.
I bought your lectures (basics of stock market) on 20th July 2019 and got a link for the lectures file. I downloaded some file (3 files) and played 2 file one time.
Due to some family emergencies (My father hospitalized for Cancer treatment since then) I was not able neither for further lecture downloading or play the file.
But now I couldn't play the downloaded file or find the link which you shared earlier for downloading the file.
Also the previous serial key is not working with Recordshield player.

Your team replaying to me as below,
"You can renew for 4 months by paying Rs.1000. You will get 2 views. It costs us.same amount of money if u watch 1 or 11 lectures"
Later after the communication they insisted to pay a 500 for the same.

As this lectures u selling for an educational purpose and for some emergency reason we couldn't play most of the files. I believe I have a right to request you to renew or give the access to watch those videos.
