You could use scissors and a handy stitch picker to do this. Then, get a cotton cloth and dampen it. Use it to wipe the brush roll clean. Once finished, reassemble the unit. Upon doing that, verify the machine is working properly.
• Lastly, the machine’s dust box is probably full. Clearing it should fix the issue. Begin by detaching the unit from the electrical outlet. Then, take out the dustbin. Upon doing this, remove all the dirt from the dust box. Then, clean the box using some water. Next, dry the box before putting it back in place.
