I freeze mine too! I defrost in the microwave, put it in a 450° preheated oven for about 3-5 minutes (watch it). It's just as good as the first night. In do the same with store bought pizza. We're just 2 people so we usually have 4 pieces left for another night.
My tip: I have a hard time getting it round. I finally decided THAT'S OK. It taste delicious.

I would have thought forming all the pies before topping them would make it easier to stretch them. Doesn't freezing the pies dull the flavors and tend to make them soggy?

20 minute cook? Thats crazy, your oven sounds very cold. Mine cooks in 10 minutes total if that

It kills me to see you rotating the pizza’s. You let all the heat out of the oven.
Also you can pre cook your crust with just sauce for 5 min then pull it, add your toppings and cook till done.
