This one is probably the hardest cover in a while, beautiful stuff. I did my best at transcribing and opting for the more suitable positions. Still not quite happy. Check out Nate Watts, definitely and Stevie Wonder of course. Let me know if you have questions.

This is outstanding! For those of you who are unfamiliar, this is the "short" version of Do I Do. The one on the original album is like 11 minutes and it features even more ridiculous Watts licks, a random trumpet solo from Dizzy Gillespie no less and then it ends with Stevie trying to rap.

these videos have helped me so much, without them I wouldn't be the bassist I am today

This has to be one of the nastiest bass tracks in music history. It's just nonstop finesse. Bravo to you for taking on this beast!

Did Stevie Wonder's bassist have more fingers than everyone else?

Really remarkable playing, however I’m not surprised at your skills. You kill it in all your covers, it’s nice that you don’t shy away from the simple ones as well. First class all the way. Really an inspiration to our bass community, keep doing you brother!

GOD DAMMM SON. I wanna play bass like you when I grow up. Now lemme go back to my sole achievement of playing "Good Times" and wallow in its simplicity.

How do you play it so smoothly? When I try it, it looked like I was fighting for my life in an intense battle with my bass ._.

You nailed that! It's such a difficult song but I think it's one of Stevie's best!

It just blows my mind that a human being could actually come up with this bassline, not just play it. Nathan Watts was touched by God.

This song is so amazing and gets better each time I listen to it. Both Stevie Wonder's singing and the bass are incredible, and the bass in particular is quite lively but extremely tasteful and fun. Also, brilliant cover, thank you! I can now sort of play bits of it :)
