Sir sach bolu na toh aap motivation ho sir jab bhi koi problem mujhe nahi samajh aati hai toh me youtube pe search marta hu and when i see you explaining the same problem it literally makes me happy and there comes a sound or inner thought from inside "Bhai ye question toh kabhi nahi bhulne wala, kya samjhaya hai " and the video does not ends with your solution it ends with the like button on every video. Keep teaching us.

Bhaiya iski time complexity for first loop 0(n/2*n/2) and for second loop O(rows*col/2) to overall n^2 hua.. if i am wrong please correct me
